The McKinley Dog Park Advisory Council is committed to maintaining a safe and well-kept legal space for dogs to socialize and exercise. Driven entirely by volunteers, the McKinley Dog Park has actualized into the first Dog Friendly Area on Chicago’s Southwest side.

The dog park is intended not only to benefit canines and their families, but also enrich the community by creating a space in which neighbors can gather, build meaningful relationships, and create additional opportunities for area residents to get involved in our park.
